Return Policy

We want to ensure our customers are 100% happy with their purchase! If for any reason you are unsatisfied, no worries, you may return or exchange item(s) within 30 days from date of purchase.

A return or exchange will only be accepted if the item(s) have not been altered, worn, washed or damaged and all original tags and packaging must be attached. Seasonal, special orders, monogrammed and sale items are FINAL sale. Trousseaux reserves the right to refuse an return or exchange if the item received is not in its original condition or outside the 30 day return or exchange period*

To request a return, simply email customerservice@shoptrousseaux.com and let us know your: order number, items for return or exchange and contact information. Once you have received a response from us, you may then mail your package along with the packing slip.

NOTE: Please ship your package through an insured trackable carrier. Trousseaux is not held responsible for any lost or damaged packages.

 

REFUNDS

All shipping charges are non-refundable and the refund will be credited to the original form of payment. Please allow 7-14 business days for your refund to process. 

 

EXCHANGES

Exchanges are permitted if the item is still in stock. To check if an item is in stock, contact us via email at customerservice@shoptrousseaux.com or give us a call at 630-455-5990. If item is in stock, you may proceed to request an exchange. To do so, email customerservice@shoptrousseaux.com with the name of the item(s) you would like exchanged and what it will be exchanged for. Once we have responded to your email, you may then mail your package. Once we’ve received your package, we will then mail your requested exchange item(s).
