Local Delivery

HERE'S HOW IT WORKS

*Update-How COVID-19 is impacting us. 

Our hearts are with all that have been affected by the virus and those on the frontline battling. Here at Trousseaux we are doing our part to keep our team, customers, and community safe. Please note, during these times we anticipate our delivery time may be a little longer than normal, but rest assured, we will take care of you. We appreciate your patience as we are all in this together. 

While in-store shopping has paused, our online store remains open! However, due to our governor-issued shelter-in-place mandate we will not be offering in-store pickup. This service will become available again the second it is safe for our team to resume work. We will continue to offer free contactless local delivery to the following zip codes: 60521, 60514, 60558, 60525, 60523. Deliveries will be made Monday through Friday. While we strive to maintain our same day local delivery option, please note this may not always be feasible, and in that case your order will be delivered the next business day. We will also be proceeding with our domestic shipments. All packages will be throughly disinfected prior to delivery or shipment.

As soon as possible we will continue with our regular delivery service listed before. 

Orders placed online before 12 noon Central Standard Time will be delivered the same day between 2:00pm and 5:00pm. Orders placed after 12 noon CST will be delivered the next day between 2 PM and 5 PM. Orders placed on Friday after 12 noon or on Saturday or Sunday will be delivered on Monday between 2 PM and 5 PM.

Currently offering free same day delivery to: Hinsdale (60521), Clarendon Hills (60514), Western Springs (60558), LaGrange (60525) and Oak Brook (60523).

Once delivered you will receive a text or email confirming the delivery. Please indicate in the special instructions if the item is a gift and we will include a gift receipt for the recipient and send you the original.
